Membership Information

Your membership will be automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the Plan you selected. For your convenience, we will bill the monthly or annual subscription to the payment method you provide to us during registration (PayPal or Credit Card), unless and until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month or year in order to avoid billing of the next month's or year’s subscription fees. You are not eligible to receive refunds once your payment method has been billed.

You may cancel your membership on account page at anytime. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period for which we have received payment and it will simply not renew.

How to cancel your membership through our website?

• Go to account page.
• Find cancel link for active membership.
• Click on the "cancel" link.
• Fill in the appropriae reason and click "UNSUBSCRIBE" button.

To cancel your membership on PayPal, you must proceed through your PayPal account as follows:

• Log In to your PayPal account.
• Find your subscription payment record.
• Click on the "Details" link.
• Click "Cancel Subscription" and re-confirm when prompted. We do NOT have access to your PayPal account.
